As promised, Jeremy Fox has begun to roll out his special dinners, centered around his upcoming book, Seed to Stalk. The first one will take place in less than two weeks, on Monday, March 28.

The premiere will be a dinner in conjunction with Dominique Crenn at her months-old restaurant, Atelier Crenn. It’s being billed as a vegetable-centric “celebration of spring.”

Fox and Crenn will alternate 10 courses. The menu isn’t set yet, and will be decided by what Crenn has growing up at Gouge Eye Farm and what Fox has growing in his own garden. It probably won’t be vegetarian per se — they’re leaving the option for things like eggs or meat stocks — but rest assured vegetables will be very much front and center. There will be options for wine pairings, and the Atelier Crenn wine list will also be available. Hill Family Estate Winery — one of Fox’s partners in the book project — will also be involved, but won’t be the exclusive paired wine.

The details: 10 courses for $105, not including wine, tax, gratuity and all that jazz. To make reservations, call the restaurant.

Atelier Crenn: 3127 Fillmore Street, btwn Greenwich and Filbert; (415) 440-0460 or ateliercrenn.com
